HOW IT WORKS
A hotel mattress supply process built around your property. Not around our product.
Most hotel mattress suppliers send a price list and wait. We do something different. We start by understanding your situation — then we recommend what actually makes sense for you.
Step 01 — You reach out
Tell us about your hotel.
Fill in our short quote form or send us an email. We ask about your property, your guests, your current hotel mattresses, and your budget. The more context you give us, the more useful our recommendation will be.
There’s no obligation at this stage — just a conversation.
Step 02 — We do our homework
We review your situation before we respond.
Before we get back to you, we look at your hotel. We check your guest reviews across Booking.com, Google and TripAdvisor. We look at what your guests are saying about sleep comfort — and what they’re not saying.
This takes us a few hours. It means that when we respond, we’re not guessing. We’re speaking to your specific hotel mattress situation.
“We check your reviews before we respond. When we come back to you, we’re speaking to your specific situation — not sending a generic price list.”
Step 03 — We make a recommendation
One clear recommendation. Not a catalogue.
We come back to you with a straightforward proposal. Which mattress we recommend, why we recommend it for your property, and what the delivery timeline looks like.
If we think none of our hotel mattresses are the right fit for your situation, we’ll tell you that too. We’d rather lose a sale than give you the wrong advice.

Step 04 — Delivery to your door
On-demand production. Direct delivery across Europe.
Once you confirm your order, production begins at our manufacturing partner’s facility in Bursa, Turkey. Lead time is typically 10–15 business days. Your hotel mattresses are then shipped directly to your property anywhere in Europe.
No warehousing. No middlemen. No minimum order. One room or an entire property — the process is the same.

Our Legacy
We don't disappear after delivery.
We follow up. We want to know how your guests are responding. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it. If you need additional rooms done six months later, we’re here.
Our goal is straightforward: hotels that work with us should see fewer sleep complaints and better guest scores. If that’s not happening, we haven’t done our job.
Frequently asked questions about the process.
The consultation and recommendation stage typically takes 24–48 hours — Krevatibed reviews your hotel’s guest feedback and comes back with a specific proposal, not a generic price list. Once you confirm an order, production begins immediately at the Bursa facility. Lead time is 10–15 business days, after which mattresses are shipped directly to your property anywhere in Europe. For most hotels, the full process from first contact to delivery is three to four weeks.
The more context you share, the more useful the recommendation. Krevatibed asks about your property — room count, guest profile, how long your current mattresses have been in use, and your budget range. You don’t need to know which mattress you want. That’s the point of the consultation: we identify the right fit based on your specific situation, not based on what’s easiest to sell.
Yes — this is a deliberate part of the process. Before Krevatibed makes any recommendation, we review your guest feedback on Booking.com, Google and TripAdvisor. What guests say — or stop saying — about sleep comfort tells us more about your actual mattress situation than any form question can. It means that when we respond, we’re speaking to your specific property, not sending a standard proposal.
We tell you. Krevatibed will decline to recommend a product if we don’t genuinely believe it will make a difference for your property. This happens — not every hotel needs new mattresses, and not every situation is one our collection addresses well. We’d rather lose a sale than give advice that doesn’t hold up. If that’s the outcome, we’ll explain our reasoning and you’ll leave the conversation with a clearer picture of your situation regardless.
None. Filling in the Krevatibed quote form starts a conversation, not a sales process. You’ll receive a tailored recommendation based on your property — with no pressure to proceed. If the proposal doesn’t make sense for your hotel, you’re under no obligation to respond. The consultation is free, and your information is never shared with third parties.
There is no minimum order. Krevatibed supplies one room or an entire property — the process, the product quality, and the delivery service are identical regardless of quantity. On-demand production makes this possible: your mattresses are manufactured when you order them, not pulled from a warehouse. There is no dead stock cost passed on to you, and no penalty for smaller orders.
It means your mattress is made specifically for your order — not allocated from existing stock. For the hotel, this has two practical implications. First, there is no risk of receiving a mattress that has been sitting in a warehouse. Second, lead time is predictable: Krevatibed quotes 10–15 business days from order confirmation, and production begins immediately after confirmation. There are no supply chain variables related to stock availability.
Yes. Krevatibed checks in after delivery to understand how guests are responding. If something is not right — a firmness mismatch, a delivery issue, anything — we want to know. The goal is straightforward: hotels that work with us should see fewer sleep complaints over time. If that’s not happening, we haven’t done our job. Follow-up is part of the process, not an afterthought.
