Crest Wool and Crest Latex each solve a specific problem. Wool regulates temperature. Latex contours to the body. Both are natural materials with a long history of use in premium sleep environments. The question we kept returning to was: why choose one?
Crest Dual combines both in a single construction — organic wool in the upper comfort layer for four-season thermal regulation, natural latex beneath it for immediate body contouring and pressure relief. The pocket spring system at the core provides structural support and motion isolation. The result is a mattress where every layer is doing specific, meaningful work — and where no layer is synthetic.
The surface is an organic cotton breathable knit fabric. The wool used is genuine organic wool — not a wool-blend or a treated synthetic alternative — and provides the same bidirectional thermal regulation found in Crest Wool. The latex layer is natural organic latex, with the same elastic, impression-resistant properties found in Crest Latex. Both materials are encased in a construction without chemical adhesives.
Dual-sided design distributes wear evenly under intensive hotel use. The 32 HR foam plate and 28 DNS support foam on both sides maintain structural integrity over the full lifespan of the mattress.
